Refund policy

Returns

We will exchange or refund any item returned to us, (except made to measure or personalised items) that are returned in new condition, unworn, unused and free of any damage by the customer. Returned items are subject to inspection before refund or exchange. Items not returned in new condition, unworn, unused and free of any damage by the customer cannot be refunded or exchanged and return postage costs will be covered by the customer.

Return, refund or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order. 

Return, refund or exchange requests made after 14 days of receipt of the order will be denied.

The customer is responsible for goods being returned until they are received by Type 1 Tid Bits.

We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in transit while being returned.
